Shredded Beef Sandwiches
It's a good base recipe, but you need to add stuff to it to make it palatable. It was kinda gross until I added stuff (garlic powder, onion powder, pepper...), but we still didn't like it. And there wasn't much sauce.

Baked Dijon Salmon
Oh my word this is FANtastic! I wish I had made double the recipe so I could stuff my face with more of this deliciousness.

Dixie Pork Chops
Awesome!! I pounded my chops out to about 1/4 inch. I put the salt and sage on the chops before I cooked them. I don't think the recipe tells you when to do that. And since I trimmed my chops of fat I had to put more oil in for the rue. My family loved this and it is now a staple!
