Salmon Cakes II
I wasn't overly impressed with this recipe before modifications; however, with a few adjustments they are great. I used Ritz crackers crumbled instead of the bread; egg beaters (more than the equivalent of 1 egg.) Extra Worcestershire sauce, & hot sauce or BBQ sauce; add 1/8tsp garlic powder. You may use canola instead of olive.
For a nice sauce, mix your favorite Dijon or honey Dijon mustard, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, & pepper. If you like yours with a little more kick, add a little horseradish sauce. Yum! Thanks for sharing!
