Pumpkin Chili
I definitely wouldn't ue all of the juice, it makes it way too watery for chili. I would use half of what the recipe calls for. I also put half of the sugar in the chili and it was still too sweet. I used the whole can of pumpkin and liked the texture. i added curry, salt, and pepper to this recipe and it was an interesting addition. It did win our chili cook off, though. Just not my taste.

Italian Sausage Soup
I felt like this lacked flavor but it was a good base recipe that I could add spices to. I added chopped broccoli instead of chopped spinach on accident. Oops.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
This was a good bread. Nothing amazing, but very tasty for how easy it was to make. I didn't have shortening so I used butter. The bread fell at the end of baking and I think it's b/c of the butter.
