Jazzed Up Couscous
Tasty, but we added MUCH more garlic (I think it was four cloves) to the recipe for more flavor. Adding a little bit of paprika and a chili or two adds a bit of zest as well. We like our food spicy, so adding just a bit kicked it up just enough! Great base recipe.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Great recipe, I love this one and make it often. I usually add a bit more cinnamon & ginger, just for more flavor. Awesome cookies, also great with a bit of simple frosting on top.

Apple Crisp II
Amazing. I took other reviewer's advice by doubling the topping recipe. I then layered the sugar/oat/flour mixture on the bottom, placed the apples on top, and sprinkled the sugar mixture. THEN I drizzled a little bit of carmel apple dip on top before adding the top layer of crumble. Rave reviews. I will make this again very soon!
