Spaghetti Squash I
I've made this exactly as listed, and it was delicious. In an attempt to make it a bit more filling I made a few adjustments and created a customized recipe with chicken, roasted tomatoes, pine nuts and sundried tomatoes ... Amazing.

Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken
Didn't change a thing. Used Blue Moon beer and a chicken "plug" - it was delicious!

Vegetable Biryani
Excellent recipe. I used frozen mixed veggies when pressed for time and always throw in some cashews at the end. Delish!
