Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna with Blood Orange Sauce

I seared the tuna then made a citrus sauce because the commissary didnt have blood oranges. The sauce was made with orange, lime, and lemon juice, white wine, a little butter, and sugar. Served with garlic baked asparagus over a bed of rice noodles.
