Chicken Fricassee

Too much work for an alright taste. I would add more salt on it at the end to bring out the flavors. I put mine over some angel hair pasta. Instead of chicken thighs, it would have been really easy to eat if they were little pieces of chicken. I'd completely skip the flour coating as well.

Sausage Hash

This was really tasty! I was completely surprised because of the simple ingredients. My husband and friend liked it a lot with some hot sauce. But I thought it was great by itself.

Buttermilk Syrup

Fantastic taste! I actually ran out of vanilla after 1 tsp. so I used maple extract for the other one and I'm glad I did. The only complaint is that it needs to say a LARGE saucepan in the recipe. I used a medium one and it boiled over while I was making my waffles. There was plenty left so I saved it to use again this week.

Five Minute Ice Cream

This is so simple and delicious! I can't believe it only requires 3 ingredients and 5 minutes! It definitely tastes more natural than strawberry ice cream. I will be trying this a lot more often with different frozen fruits. I kept it in the freezer overnight because my husband loves hard ice cream. I could've eaten it right away though.

Creamy PHILLY Pesto Chicken

I've already made this 3 times in the last 2 months! We love it. I made it the second time with my homemade pesto and it was just wonderful. But the store-bought pesto is pretty good too.

Marinade for Chicken

BLT Salad

This was great! It really reminded me of a BLT sandwich. I didn't have a pound of bacon, so I just used 5 slices of turkey bacon and it still turned out fine. The only thing I didn't like as much was the spiciness that the garlic powder added to the dressing. But my husband loved it and he is not a salad guy!

Garlic Carrots

They tasted wonderful with our Easter ham, but I had to leave them in the covered skillet for about twice the amount of time. They would've still been hard if I had taken them out at 10 minutes.

Sloppy Joes II

I omitted the green pepper and replaced it with 2 garlic cloves. My mom uses a lot of brown sugar in her sloppy joes, but I really liked this recipe because it wasn't so sweet. I would rather have the salty taste come out than the sweet. I will surely make this again!

Ice Cream Cake Roll

I guess I rolled the cake too tight because my dad asked me where the ice cream was! It was his birthday and he loves this cake, but it didn't turn out like I thought it would. Next time I make this I won't roll it so tight! I added more cocoa and it tasted pretty good. I never remember eating ice cream cake rolls with chocolate sauce, so I think that was too much. It made it too chocolatey for me.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Excellent. Made no adjustments whatsoever, but next time I might color the frosting pink for a Valentine's treat. Oh, 15 minutes was a bit too long because they burned on the edges, but it always depends on the oven. They tasted great a little burnt too!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Perfect taste and absolutely no fuss. I was able to fix everything else without worrying about the stuffing. I added fresh sage and thyme. I also only used 2 cups chicken broth. I couldn't find bread cubes, so I just bought some baguettes and tore them apart the day before Thanksgiving. This gave the bread some time to dry. It was my first time making stuffing (first time I also made Thanksgiving dinner) and I was impressed!

Butterscotch Fondue

No Bake Cereal Cookies

Way easier to make than rice krispie treats and pretty good too! I used Crispix cereal and boiled the corn syrup before adding the sugar (like someone else suggested). So far they haven't gotten hard. Delicious warm!

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies

Fabulous for a spur of the moment dessert! I added coconut (as suggested by another reviewer), white chocolate chips, and baking m&m's. I used crushed Crispix cereal with one cup of oats. Next time I will add more of the cereal. I also used half brown sugar and half white sugar. Seems a little sweet, so I might only use 1 1/2 cups of both sugars next time.
