Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/2 onion, 6 FRESH heads of chopped broccoli, 2lbs velveeta, NO WATER (use some of liquid to blend with cornstarch). DELISH!!! Served with cheesy bread from grocery bakery.

Lentil Soup
Literally have made this soup 3x in last month. It's fantastic. Hearty and healthy, I did the math and it's 8 points plus for those on weight watchers - but that's for a 2 ladle serving. It's so hearty and filling you really only need 1/2 a serving to feel satisfied. YUMMY both my husband and daughter love it and have made dinner and lunches for following day. Great recipe.
