Slow Cooker Split Pea Sausage Soup
Very Good, but if you like a thick Pea Soup, cut water by 1-2 cups. However, soup will thicken slightly by the next day even if made as written. I used ham instead of smoked sausage.

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II
Sorry, didn't care for this one.One reason may be because the size of the potatoes was not specified. I used 8 medium sized red, but that was way too much potato. Also, used half & half. Not so sure that was the problem though. On the other hand, the Potato Leek soup III was very good. I used half the butter and substituted half & half for heavy cream =)

Sangria by the Pros
Way too much fruit, even without the lime, lemon and cherries, which I did not have on hand. Cut fruit by half. Pretty good, but needs sugar. I will try again, but won't add lemon or lime as I find that tends to add too much bitterness to the Sangria.
