Too Much Chocolate Cake
I made this for my Mother's Birthday and it was a HUGE hit. After spray buttering the bundt pan, I lightly coated it with unsweetened cocoa to make it a little less sweet. I also make a chocolate ganache to coat it with and decorated it with a mix of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Everyone thought it was the best cake ever.
