Cooking and entertaining are 2 of my favorite things. Most of my specialities are done from memory but am trying to write them down for my daughter as she gets older. Lasagna, enchiladas, dips. All kinds of things Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Just good food, family and friends. No worries about presents. I have made a recipe for Enchiladas that even people who say they don't like enchiladas like. Next time I make it I am going to try to write down how much I use of everything to post on allrecipes. Tried to make lobster once. I can't cook something that is alive. Have never eaten it again.
