My cooking tragedies
My first time using a springform pan, I made a lovely cheesecake and promptly flipped it onto the carpet when I tried to support it on the bottom. I did it again 30 minutes later after making another cheesecake.

Darra's Famous Tuna Waldorf Salad Sandwich Filling
Fantastic! I added some fresh ground black pepper and ate it wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of on bread to cut down on calories. Great recipe!

Three Olive Spread
This is a great starter recipe. I found it a little sour/vinegar tasting, so I blended in some cream cheese and it was great!

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II
This recipe is INCREDIBLY easy and delicious! We were eating it by the spoonful. It took 5 minutes to make and iced a couple dozen cupcakes.
