Basic Pasta
This was my first attempt at making fresh pasta, and it was surprisingly easy! I made some delicious ricotta raviolies out of this!! YUM! The only thing that I wish were different about it would be that it need not be so stiff. It was a little difficult to roll out, but totally worth it!! Thanks!
