Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

I was pretty scared about making this because of the quantity, but I followed the recipe to the T. OH! I am so glad I did. Everyone in my family, and people who came over recently for a dinner party raved about this dressing. No more store bought! I'm sold! Don't let the quantity discourage you. I could drink this stuff!

Quick Yeast Rolls

SORRY! FOLLOWED THE RECIPE TO THE T. This was the most sticky mess. I had it stuck everywhere by the time I got this batter in the muffin pan. They were just ok. Not worth the stress and mess. I will keep looking for something that works for me:)

Portobello Mushroom Burgers

We really enjoyed the flavor of the mushrooms on the grill. Cooked some onions in a pan to go with them. Great new recipe for our new veggy life style. Thanks for the recipe!

Winter Vegetable Hash

Almost didn't make this. Scared by some of the reviews. Different strokes for different folks I guess. We loved it. The only thing I changed was adding 1 tsp minced garlic. I put some shredded Jack cheese over the top of my meat eaters plates. All family members enjoyed this.

Sorry:( My daughter and I both love fruit in any form. We just couldn't hang with this cardamom spice. We will keep looking, but the rest of you all enjoy:)

Interesting..Strange..What is this stuff? That is what my family said. They said it didn't taste bad, but I will probably not make again. It was a texture thing:)

Rico's Passionate Pink Honey Lemonade

We really liked the lemonade. Followed recipe to T. Only complaint. Drink it all the first day. The strawberries turn gray the next day. Still taste good, but not very pretty!

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad

I gave this recipe 5 stars. The meat has a very good flavor. I will never buy packaged powder again. It makes a lot. I made it for my family and shared it with a friend that had just had a baby. We still had enough left for lunch the next day!

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

INCREDIBLE! Only changes were I cooked the corn tortillas in 2 Tablespoons oil to make them hold together, and that worked well. I also used Alaskan Halibut. We like spicy, and we were not dissapointed! I also cooked the corn as another member had suggested. As we would say when we haul in a nice Halibut, "It's a keeper!" I will make this again and again!

Strawberry Refrigerator Cake

Very refreshing dessert. I baked the cake & cooled it down. Added blended strawberries and then put the cake in the freezer. I then took it out and added the frosting. Kept it in the freezer until we left for the party. Everyone thought it was delicious!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

We are trying to convert to a more vegetarian diet. This recipe will really help in the process. I can see vegetarians really enjoying this recipe. Also understand why carnivors would find it lacking. It is a keeper for our new vegetarian lifestyle. Followed the recipe to the T.

Tomato Bread Salad

I had this salad at a local restuarant & thought it was wonderful. I made my salad with an italian cheese bread. That was the only change that I made. Incredible recipe. Thanks!
