I'm a grants manager for a nonprofit organization. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband, and I also love to cook. I like cooking a lot on the weekend and freezing/refrigerating it. I am way too busy and tired to cook on weeknights. I like to cook seasonally with vegetables from my CSA program and make up interesting dishes with the veggies I'm given. For Christmas, instead of having a traditional meal, everyone brings lots of different finger foods. Some are traditional, but I like to always brings stuff with an international flare. I have triumphs (and failures) pretty regularly! I have had a lot of trouble cooking eggs in the past, but I think the key is a nice nonstick pan and lots of practice! I'm getting better...
