Jalapeno Popper Spread
I stuck to this recipe just as it is, and it was amazing. People flip out over this stuff! I did do as one reviewer suggested and mix the crumbs and cheese together. So I guess I'm a little bit of a liar, but the basics remained the same and it turned out flawlessly.

Wonderful Chicken Curry Salad
I can't believe I haven't reviewed this - I make it all the time. It's delicious! You can easily swap up the add ins (different nuts, or fruit, etc). I like pecans and raisins, sometimes dried cranberries and walnuts - you can go wild, wild! Also have made it sans chutney when I was out and didn't feel like picking any up - I just upped the mayo a tad and once threw in a teaspoon of hot pepper jelly I had on hand. Not bad. Great recipe.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder
This soup was surprising! Very good! I added a can of creamed corn, more potatoes, and garlic to the mix. Quite spicy and thick. I'd rather not use Velveeta as it weirds me out, so next time I'll try regular cheese. But hey, it's still delicious and you can't argue with results. It makes a TON.
