I've been a college English teacher for over 25 years, but that's just one passion I have! Reading, writing, gardening, playing with my dogs, and traveling take up plenty of dream time, too! Just about everything, except breads although I do make a speciality bread that's a family tradition for the holidays. Our family's Easter bread, Grandma's hamburgers, beef stroganoff, and blitz torte. I hope everything---if it's burnt, or too, too anything, then it's marked a failure, I say. Only a few---and I was MUCH younger!
