World's Best Lasagna

Really tasty! I had a bunch of sauce leftover and noodles too so ended up making a small second. Substituted the sweet sausage for hot sausage and didn't have fennel seed. Would double the cheese next time.

Fantastic! sauteed some baby bellas instead of canned shrooms. Really wonderful. Don't add as much butter as the recipe says and make sure not to burn the almonds.

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

Used this for leftover hunk of steak that we diced (uncooked), marinated, cooked and skewered for NYE 2009. They were tasty little guys. would love to try on the grill with real steaks sometime.

Tasty and very lovely. The flavor is pretty much blue cheese however so it limits the audience. A great option for wine tasting and when there are multiple appetizers!

Perfect Turkey

Turkey and vegetables tasted amazing. The wine flavor is lovely however it decreases the flavor of the gravy made from the juices. we cooked the turkey in a bag which may have altered the flavor saturation. Definitely worth another go!

Cheesy Meatball Soup

Really tasty. Needs some salt and pepper. Would definitely season the meatballs with garlic and some salt next time and make as small as possible. Also added a lot more cheese than suggested.

Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style

OPA! So yummy. A lot of food per serving. We made two recipes for 12 people and only ran out of pitas. The cucumber sauce was tasty tasty.
