I am a wife and a mother of one 9 year old daughter.I am currently an Orange belt in Pil Sung Do Martial Arts ( a form of Tae kwan do). My daughter is a blue belt. I sell items on ebay for extra money & my husband owns his own landscaping business. I love to cook! And I love my crock pot!
My favorite things to cook
Casseroles, roasts, salads, NOT chicken I only make chicken for my husband & daughter. I hate it!! I also consider myself quite a master griller!!

I can grill a steak better than any man I've ever met!

Too many to count, but hey if you don't make mistakes you don't learn!!

Best Black Beans
I melt the butter add the onion cook, brown, then add the garlic, cook a minute, then add the black beans. cook anout 5 min. then add the cilantro. turn off heat.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
Very good, I took the advice of others & cooked the chicken in the crockpot with the red wine mixture. Then I shredded the meat & served with warm tortillas, carmelized onions, sour cream, & hot sauce of course.

Quesadilla Jalapeno Spread
Very good. I added more jalepenos. Makes a boring cheese quesadilla not so boring.
