I'm an Army Wife and mother of two precious girls. I'm originally from Southern California but am currently living in beautiful Colorado. Right now I'm into cooking and baking. Just basically experimenting. I'm more of a baker though, but I do cook. I have a few recipes of my own that I've been wanting to put up just haven't had a chance to. I will soon! I have a three year old little girl. She's such a ham! She's mommy's little helper. She loves to help me in the kitchen. I also have a month old daughter. She's so precious and just like her mommy she LOVES to eat! My husband is a Sergeant in the US Army. He recently got back from Iraq after almost a year long deployment. I come from a big family. I'm filipino and only know how to cook two filipino dishes so I'm hoping to change that soon. I LOVE I Love Lucy! I'm such a fan of hers. Hence DesiluGirl. HeHe. Well that's all for now. Chicken, Cakes, Cookies, Breakfast items, Brownies, Appetizers. I like to try and cook everything. It's not really a tradition but no one in my family measures ANYTHING! Enchiladas, Casseroles, Dips, Pork Chops, and Chicken. Meatloaf and Chicken Noodle Soup. I still need to find that GREAT recipe!
