I liked these, but you MUST eat them with tea or some kind of drink, because they are on the dry side. I had a little trouble with them being crumbly, but otherwise they were easy to make. Definitely a very nice addition to a holiday cookie tray!

My family absolutely loves these saltine toffee cookies...I have made a few batches already to keep up with the demand! :) The best part is, it's SOOO easy to make. The hard part for me is breaking it all up...I like them in bite size pieces, so it's a little more difficult. But other than that, this is a fantastic recipe! I topped my first batch with multicolored nonpareil sprinkles, and the next few with pistachios and walnuts.

I LOVE IT. This is what real banana bread is, and it tastes amazing! I especially like it with chocolate chips to add a little more sweetness.
