Brown Sugar Meatloaf
OMG, this was SO good! Per another reviewer's suggestions, I only used 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and just 1 egg. Also, I added 1 tbsp of Worcestershire to the ketchup before putting it in the pan (on the bottom, which I think is genius, btw! Ketchup on the top bakes into a weird "skin" that I hated on my mom's meatloaf as a kid), and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the beef. This came out moist, flavorful, and absolutely perfect! I think I'll try adding some crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of a kick next time, but this will DEFINITELY be one of our dinner staples! Thanks!
