Yummy Vegan Pesto Classico
yummy! I followed the suggestions of the other reviewers and added in other greens (parsley & swiss chard, what I had on hand). The nutritional yeast gives it a good flavor, and doesn't taste too cheddar-y(like it has in a couple other recipes I've tried). We are trying this tomorrow over Rice Pasta w/ Chicken. (we are dairy-intolerant, not vegan by choice) :-)

Spinach, Red Lentil, and Bean Curry
Very good. I misread the recipe and used 1 TABLESPOON of garam masala. Also used 1/2 tsp more cumin and a little cayenne. Used coconut milk instead of yogurt, as we have a dairy and soy allergy.

Poppy Seed Dressing II
very yummy, just what I was looking for. I used my magic bullet to blend up everything but the poppyseeds. I used 1/4 of a yellow onion, and 1/2 cup grapeseed oil, 1/2 cup light olive oil, otherwise everything as written. Done in the bullet, it is creamy, like a mayo dressing.
