Zucchini Patties
Great recipe!! I followed the recipe exactly and they came out wonderful. Made about 7 patties and they were gone in no time. Will definitely be making these again. Thanks!

Cran-Orange Bran Muffins
I think these are the best bran muffins I've ever had. I've always loved the cranberry /orange flavor combo, and it works well with the bran. The only change I made is I substituted 1/4 cup applesauce for the butter because I'm on a low fat meal plan. Hubby loved them too. Will be making again very soon!!

Apple Chicken Stew
This was very tasty. I didn't have any potatoes, so I added extra carrots, celery, and onion. I also put in 2 apples, and omitted the caraway seeds because I didn't have any. The hubby and I both loved this dish and I will be making in again very soon. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
