Beef Cabbage Hash
4 stars after making some changes because the base recipe is a bit bland. Flavored the water with beef bouillion. Added worcestershire sauce and a can of cream of mushroom soup (undiluted). Topped with slices of smoked cheddar cheese and stirred into mixture after it melted. (I also used cubed red potatoes nuked in microwave for 3 minutes as previously suggested.) This was very tasty the second day too! Will make this again.
