Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I was disappointed. Made as-is, way too much butter, it was swimming in the stuff.

Spooky Witches Fingers
I doubled the vanilla, and added half again as much almond extract and the cookies tasted great and came out so cute! As another reviewer suggested, I used blobs of raspberry jam to stick down the almonds--great complement to the cookie's taste.

Yummy Brandy Butter
i dissolved the brown sugar in the brandy to avoid the sugar grit....ended up with a soupy mess. use way less brandy!!
