I am a 24 year old housewife. My husband works out of town, so I fill my spare time by cooking or taking care of my animals. I have recently opened a bakery out of my home and hope to move into another building within the next year. I love to cook unique desserts. I love decorating whatever I make. I use my nephews, my husband's family, my family, and my friends as my guinea pigs. Every summer I would go spend a week in Oak Grove, LA, with my mom's parents. My mamaw and I always made Oatmeal Raisin Cookies for my papaw. She taught me how to cook and gave me my great love of cooking. All my most recent things are my triumphs. I am getting into cake decorating and have already done several cakes. My most memorable cooking tragedy was when I was in Junior High. A friend and I made brownies, but we accidentally used self-rising flour. Our brownies came out way too salty and hard as a brick. But my middle brother ate everyone of them (soaked in milk so he wouldn't break a tooth).
