I work at a Residential Treatment Center (Village) for abused children. I love to cook and my son and DIL like to bring their friends over on Saturdays for an afternoon of food and fun. Soups, Mexican, Curry, Italian, I will try almost anything once. If the kids don't like it we don't make it again. Kids (son and dil) are 28 and 21. Ham and fixing for Easter, Corned Beef and Cabbage for St. Patricks day, Always make Hoppin John for New Years Day, Roast beef on rolls and potato salad for Christmas, Thanksgiving dinner. Cold Dungeness Crab with oil and vinegar dressing served with sourdough bread, butter, olives and fruit. Rum balls, chocolate and vanilla for Christmas Chioppino, My own Meatballs and sauce, Roast Chicken, Beef Stew. Made a chili recipe that no one could eat.
