Easy Sugar Cookies
Amazingly soft, chewy & delicious! And so quick & easy! Good for someone who doesn't want to spend hours in the kitchen (yet appears like they have)!

Chocolate Oatmeal Cake
Wonderful cake. Very thick & heavy. I topped it with the Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting found on this site, plus strawberries. The frosting adds a rich & flavorful taste. I would definitely make it again - and always with a sweeter frosting.
