Good, inexpensive hearty meal although I would spice it up a little more probably with garlic and more onion.

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
I prefer either plain baked sweet potatoes or with brown sugar and marshmellow. some folks might enjoy this. I didn't and won't make again even though we love yams and sweet potatoes.

Martian Cookies
Okay-not fantastic. Had to cook for over 15 minutes to get brown. Won't make again.
