Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread
I found the bread to be heavy-maybe it is the oatmeal. It did have a nice flavor-but not the best banana bread-won't make this again.

Blueberry Coffee Cake
Made exactly as written-I found it a little dry and it had more of a muffin texture than cake texture. I did really like the coconut blueberry combo and will try it in other recipies.

Ann's Sister's Meatloaf Recipe
Despite using a thermometer to avoid overcooking this meat loaf turned out incredible dry. I think either the liquid needs to be increased or need to use less breadcrumbs. I did use 90% lean ground beef-but the recipe does state lean beef.
