Best Baked Chicken
I love the taste of this chicken. It's always moist and delicious. I normally leave out the celery salt though just because I'm not a big fan and replace it was a cajun seasoning blend.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These were delicious. I mailed them out to all of my family and they were still moist and good when they were received a few days later. I also made icing from the recipe on this site and topped some of them with that and they tasted great that way, too.
