Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
This is likely something I will make again, but the pork chops didn't have enough flavor. Next time I will probably marinate them or something. I sprinkled them rather generously with salt, garlic, and fresh ground pepper, browned them in a cast iron skillet and then baked them for about 30 minutes with the sauce.
