Brown Sugar Meatloaf
If I could give this no stars I would. This is bland but achingly sweet. There is more than enough sugar in everyone's diet without making our meat entrees sweet also. Just look at the nutritional breakdown and see how many carbohydrates are in this! This was not to our liking.

E-Z Cream Biscuits
This is a great, easy to use recipe. I usually add a tablespoon or two of chopped fresh parsley or other fresh herbs to use with creamed chicken over biscuits. This is the best way to make biscuits!

Lavonne's Scrumptious White Wine Chicken
This recipes overcooks the chicken breasts terribly. The flavor combination is o.k. - using 1/4 C. heavy cream instead of the oil adds a better mouth feel,no more calories and helps thicken the sauce slightly. I found cooking for only 40 minutes was all that was needed at 375F. If you want to bake it for 1 hour and 15 minutes use a slower oven temp such as 325F.
