Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
really simple, really good! I used 1 can of biscuits & found that to be plenty! next time, I'm adding a medley of frozen veggies for a little color & some extra flavor!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
my family has made these for years.. however we ALWAYS season the cream cheese filling. I use minced garlic & fresh cilantro, but the cajun version suggested sounds good too. I like them best on the grill, but there are "popper racks" you can buy for the oven, no soaking in bacon grease that way!

Brownie Frosting
I was skeptical at first, the recipe didn't "make sense" to me - but it worked perfectly. Good to head the advice that you need to work quickly with the frosting after pouring it from the pan, it starts seting up fast! I'm not a frosting fan on brownies usually, but my co-workers RAVED - all of them! I ate a few small ones, and must admit the frosting was yummy, and not overwhelming, as it sometimes. Thanks for the recipe, I'll be using this one henceforth!
