French Country Bread
I am giving this bread recipe 5 stars because that is all that is allowed. I made this recipe once and couldn't remember the name "French Country Bread". I am happy that I could find it again because I have to take bread to our ladies gathering tomorrow and this one is perfect. This time I added it to my recipe box.

Pecan Pumpkin Biscuits
These biscuits are so yummy. I didn't have pecans so used toasted walnuts. Very good. I will be making them again tomorrow with the pecans. Can hardly wait. All reviews state how good they are with the pecans.

Turkey Brine
Oh my goodness! I fixed this for Thanksgiving. Got rave reviews from all at our table. I substituted 1/2 of veggie stock with apple juice and cut back on the salt to 2/3C. because the turkey was a Norbest. I soaked it in the brine for approx. 10 hrs for a 14lb. bird. My search for a great Turkey receipe has finally ended. Thanks.
