Turkey Brine
Oh my goodness! I fixed this for Thanksgiving. Got rave reviews from all at our table. I substituted 1/2 of veggie stock with apple juice and cut back on the salt to 2/3C. because the turkey was a Norbest. I soaked it in the brine for approx. 10 hrs for a 14lb. bird. My search for a great Turkey receipe has finally ended. Thanks.
