Savory Diet Chicken
Great idea but lacked a lot of flavor even after adding Tastefully simple garlic pepper and TS seasoning salt. I will absolutely make again but I think I will add some fresh garlic cloves along with more seasonings. I really liked how everything cooked in one pan to prefection, chicken and veggies were just perfect in 85 mins! I plan on turning the leftovers into a stew of some sort for dinner tonight:)

Country Chicken Supper
Very yummy! and easy but took a lil longer then expected but still very easy to make. I only changed just a few things. First I cooked the potatoes with the chicken onion mixture and added lots of Tastefully Simple garlic garlic and season salt. Then omitted the carrots and used chicken broth instead of water and topped it with shredded swiss and mozzarella. It was far better then I had expected!! great healthy stick to your ribs kinda dinner:)

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This was the easiest mac and cheese to make! Only thing I changed was the bread crumb and butter amount. way too much for my taste but I think next time I'll do crackers. all in all the best and easiest mac and chesse I've ever made!!
