I have made this recipe a few times now and love it, but decided to add a review after taking it to a BBQ yesterday. My bowl was completely gone while the regular mayo potato salad just sat there!! So many compliments on it! I have only made it with capers and feel that it is perfect with a bit of the caper juice added. Definately serve it at room temperature, it loses something otherwise. YUMMMM-Y.

I don't know if it is the best ever, but it is tasty. I omitted the nuts, used 1c of brown sugar and 1 1/2c white, 1c low-fat sour cream 1/2c yogurt and 1/4c black coffee (approximates) and moist...oh boy it took FOREVER to bake, at least another 20 minutes if not longer. It really puffed up (don't bake too close together)and then flattened a bit, so no nice dome on top, but really yummy still, more like a cake.

Really good loaf, but I will also cut down on the orange a bit next time, as the pumpkin is overpowered. I also had difficulty with the food processor (small chopper) not getting all the peel into small enough pieces so next time I'll zest first. I had to pick all the big pieces out of the batter and cut them by hand! Yikes! Other than that, definately a keeper!
