Banana Sour Cream Bread
I don't know if it is the best ever, but it is tasty. I omitted the nuts, used 1c of brown sugar and 1 1/2c white, 1c low-fat sour cream 1/2c yogurt and 1/4c black coffee (approximates) and moist...oh boy it took FOREVER to bake, at least another 20 minutes if not longer. It really puffed up (don't bake too close together)and then flattened a bit, so no nice dome on top, but really yummy still, more like a cake.
