Indian Dahl with Spinach
I didnt use spinach and didnt have any mustard seed, but this came out absolutely delicious. I didnt measure out the spices, kinda did it to taste, but I'm sure I used more than the recipe called for- we like things spicy at our house. Great recipe, will definitely use again!

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish
Good, i doubled the spices, will probably add more next time. Next time I will also cut the cabbage smaller to cut down on cooking time.

Glazed Meatloaf II
the meatloaf itself was really good, it was very moist and the shredded bread was a good touch. i added about a tablespoon of worchestire sauce, a bit more onion then the recipe called for and some garlic powder, salt and some asian beef soup stock instead of bouillan. the sauce was too sweet on top for me, next time i'll use some stewed tomatoes on top. i will keep the sauce in the meatloaf itself though. overall, very good, the bf said he doesnt usually like meatloaf, but this time he cleaned his plate!
