I once tried to deep fried a fish and it was a disaster! I burned the fish pretty bad and it came apart leaving only the bones.

Egg Drop Soup II
Very good and easy soup. I added mushrooms, tofu and green onions to add flavor.

Butternut Squash Soup
Very delicious soup. I followed some advice to bake the squash that way it will be easier to cut in pieces. I used less than half of cream cheese of an 8 oz package. Also used some curry powder, very tasting, a new favorite...

Wonton Soup
This soup was very good. I added vegetables like mushrooms, carrots, peas and broccoli. Just the way that I buy it at my local Chinese restaurant. Will make again.
