Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This was really good. I think the next time I make it I will also cut back on the brown sugar, as I used a sweet BBQ sauce as well, as other reviewers have suggested. We are going to enjoy the leftovers on a salad later this week. This is super easy since I didn't need to thaw the chicken first (I had no problem with the sauce consistency).

Rosemary and Garlic Simmered Pork Chops
My daughter and I loved this, however, my husband didn't like because he thought the herbs were too heavy. I may make again with lighter seasoning.
