Easy Alfredo Sauce II

I found that when using fresh grated parmesan, it was a bit lumpy and an unpleasant consistency. Kraft-style powdered parmesan works much better for this.

Burrito Pie

Absolutely scrumptious. I could eat this all day. You'll need a couple very deep pans for this though. I manage to fill up two deep casserole dishes each time i make it. Serves eight comfortably.

Luscious Buttercream Frosting

A quality icing! It effectively hid how poorly my cake tasted. You can also add cocoa powder to chocolify it. Compensate with extra liquid.

Jenn's Stuffed Pork Roast and Veggies

So juicy and tasty. Best pork roast I've ever had. I was short on time, so I cooked it for 1.5 hours at 375-400 degrees F, and it was perfect. Use a meat thermometer if you adjust the cooking time though!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pancakes

I made these because I had run out of eggs, but still wanted pancakes. The batter seemed really runny (it's 1/2 milk) but don't let that fool you, it turns out great. There are absolutely delicious and so easy to make!

Fabulous Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made this with just the chocolate chips (omitting the nuts and candy), and it was delicious. They spread nicely and had a soft, chewy texture. Everybody loved them! Best cookies ever.
