Live alone. Hard to cook for 1 person. Hope to expand my culinary talents while making fabulous dishes. Love outdoor activities and staying healthy. Right now it's mainly meats; beef, chicken and hamburger. I always enjoy having freshed baked goods on hand. Large meals during the Holidays. I always enjoyed helping with the baking. I bake wonderfully, can't explain it. I've come a long way since joining this site. I've baked things (Tres Leches Cake) that I never would have attempted before. None to speak of since getting rid of the Easy Bake Oven and getting a real stove. It's so nice to have the ENTIRE burner heat up and when baking, not have the item "sink" after removing it thinking it's done. Oh, and an oven window - how I ever lived without one...
