I have loved cooking for my family for over 20 years. I have been entering cooking contests since 1987. I've won and placed in many contests with prizes ranging from a whole kitchen of appliances to many cooking utensils and gadgets. I love to cook and bake. Mexican Style Chicken and other easy and quick dishes. I like to cook and create recipes that are easy and with ingredients that all home cooks have on hand. I had an Irish-german grandmother who was a wonderful pastry chef. She taught me to bake wonderful desserts that I love to create, even to this day. My chocolate cake, definitely! Everyone loves it!
