Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
This is the best banana bread ever. The whole family loves it. I use 1 c whole wheat flour and 1 cup white. I cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 cups and I add 1 tsp of vanilla. I buy extra bananas often just so I can make this. It makes 4 mini loaves to give away.

Easy Meat Loaf
WOW This meatloaf is awsome! It tastes great. Might add alittle water or milk in the last 5 minutes of cooking to make more gravy.

Garden Tomato Salsa
This recipe is almost as good as a local mexican restaurant. I only added some garlic. It was better the next day!
