Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Made this for best friend's birthday. She said it is absolutely the best banana bread she had ever eaten. I sprinkled the bread pans with a cinnamon/sugar mixture after greasing and then poured batter in.

Strawberry Onion Salad

This salad is sooo good! Yes, the dressing is sweet (which I love). I am going to use the leftover dressing on another salad (maybe with a little chicken) tonight. Thank you for this recipe!

Mom's Best Pork Chops

I had given up on ever cooking pork chops again but decided to try these based on the rave reviews. The reviewers were right; these are delicious! I followed others' suggestions and put seasoning in with cracker crumbs (also added fresh ground black pepper. I have already made these twice and both times. . . YUM!
