Pumpkin Cookies V
These were delicious. yes they were cake like and VERY soft but still good. I love the icing. I halved the recipe and had 3 dozen cookies. I added some ginger and cloves to bring out the pumpkin in it. I tasted the batter to get the right pumpkin taste I was looking for. I am making them again this weekend for some friends I work with.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
Easy weeknight dish to make and so yummy. You an add frozen stir fry mix if you want more veggies.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
These are great pancakes. We have pancakes every weekend and I use this recipe a lot. I do not let the batter sit. I mix them up and make them right away.
