Lentils And Spinach
I enjoyed this recipe a lot. I added a little celery with the onion and made it a little thinner with extra water. I found a sprinkle of parmesan cheese adds a nice finishing touch.

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake
This cake was the hit of the brunch I brought it to. The only change I made was adding more chocolate chips. I dusted it with a little powder sugar before serving which made for a nice presentation.

German Spaetzle Dumplings
These spaetzle were very easy to make and very tasty. I made them to go with beef stew because I was out of egg noodles, and they worked perfectly.
