Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This was a huge hit at New Years party. Made as stated, but used food processor to "chop" artichokes and spinach to a fine texture before adding other ingredients. Thanks for this "keeper" recipe!

The Best Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

Followed recipe exactly. Found them a little dry and bland. Made way too much stuffing, I even hollowed out my mushrooms a little bit more than just the stems. Had 12 Large mushrooms, mounded the stuffing inside and on top, and still had almost 1 1/2 cups of stuffing left over. I don't know what these were missing, but I wasn't thrilled with the final outcome.

Great easy recipe. This is not for the dressed up, fancy quich Lorraine lovers out there, but makes an excellent quick easy lunch or supper, and easy to adapt to many different tastes by adding different veggies, meats or cheeses. Thanks for this keeper.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

All I can say is... "whoa". This was too delicious. I made it for Thanksgiving exactly as stated and it came out perfect. The taste is exceptional. The perfect mix between a traditional cheesecake and pumpkin pie. Thanks for this amazing recipe. I have to make it every year from here on out, I've been told.

Rolled Dumplings

Perfect! I have tried countless times to make drop dumplings and always seem to end up with sticky balls of half cooked dough. I made these the other day and the first comment from my husband was... "those don't look like dumplings" (as if my other attempts had!) After cooking these with chicken and veggies in broth, noticed that both he, and my picky 7 year old daughter wanted seconds, not of the chicken mind you, just of these yummy dumplings! Thanks for a terrific recipe that I will use over and over, no need to search further. Oh yeah, I also added a bit of parsley for color!

Classic Minestrone

I'd give this more stars if I could. I've done this any number of ways, plus exactly as the recipe states. One comment that I didn't see from others is to add a dash of hot pepper sauce to the broth, adds just a little extra kick that my family loves. You can use just about ANY veggies that you have on hand, I also add some diced cabbage, great! Thanks for the super recipe!

Cheesy Shrimp Meltaways

You HAVE TO use the Old English cheese spread for these. I also make these omitting the shrimp and using a can of "picked-through" flaked crab meat. DELISHIOUS!!!!
