Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
I decreased the sugar, I always decrease the sugar in recipes because they are always too sweet. So, it was roughly 3/4 to 1 cup that I added. Also, the batter was way to thick to pour, it was starting to look more like cookie dough, so I added just a little half and half. For the milk mixture I did one cup of regular coconut milk (using the cream that separates, not the watery stuff, as much as possible) and one cup half and half instead of the two cups whole milk. I also added half a cup of hazelnut kahlua, but next time I would add more because I couldn't taste it at all. And, again, for the topping I decreased the sugar and added a touch of cayenne pepper. It turned out really well, but I wouldcdecrease the milk, because all of it definitely didn't soak in. But, it's very tasty.

Satay Chicken Pizza
I ended up using tortillas instead of pita bread. I heated them up in a pan first so they'd be nice and crunchy, then put the toppings on and cooked them on a pizza stone. It was pretty tasty.

Hot Peanut Sauce
This was OK by itself. But, I followed the advice of other reviewers which helped a lot. I added ground giner, onion powder, minced garlic, more chili powder, more soy sauce, more peanut butter and instead of hot water I used hot black tea. It turned out really well with a little more work.
